Vinification: Grapes selected and harvested by hand, with an average grape production of 80 quintals per hectare, undergo the maceration and fermentation in small tanks at a controlled temperature of 28° C, for a period of 10/15 days.
Ageing: In bottle for more than 3 months

Schönes Land, guter Wein (leckerer „IL MORO – Rosso Piceno Superiore“).
